Needs Assessment

The Florida Diagnostic and Learning Resources System (FDLRS) is a discretionary project of the Florida Department of Education (FLDOE) Bureau of Exceptional Education (BEE), and is through federal assistance under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part B and state General Revenue funds.  

The valuable feedback based on stakeholder experiences will help drive service decisions for the upcoming 2022-2023 school year. The needs assessment data collected will influence the decision-making process of the collective team that includes FDLRS/Springs service center, district staff, and the Department of Education.
