Before You Begin
We encourage you to check with your district to see if they will award points for completing On-demand PL.
Accommodations
This three-point course will provide participants with an understanding of accommodations by meeting the following outcomes: defining accommodations, identifying accommodations, determining who is eligible for accommodations, selecting, using, and evaluating accommodations, and integrating accommodations into instruction.
FEL Standard Five
Cultivating a Caring, Rigorous, and Supportive Learning Environment: This five-point leadership course covers Standard Five of the FELS and focuses on implementing a school-wide UDL initiative that focuses on removing barriers for ALL students.
Disability Awareness
This six-point course will guide educators and parents through understanding the following topics related to supporting students with disabilities: effective communication, legal and ethical considerations, mental health awareness, classroom implementation of supports, school collaboration, and resources for continuous learning.
FEL Standard Eight
Meaningful Parent, Family & Community Engagement: This three-point course covers Standard Eight of the FELS and focuses on how administrators can create a positive school culture and environment that welcomes family engagement.
